Together with our partners, we take over the administration of the foundation for the foundation board for selected tasks or as a complete package. This ranges from taking the minutes of the board meeting to the implementation of funding resolutions to the preparation of the annual financial statements including communication with the supervisory authorities.

We support you in drawing up your foundation statutes, take over the coordination with the competent authorities and carry out all the necessary steps for the recognition of your foundation. In addition, we clarify, for example, the non-profit status, define the purpose of the foundation and realise individual wishes and goals, taking into account the legal framework and regulations.
